Prime minister of Laos
[edit]As I found on http://www.laogov.gov.la/activities/pages/news.aspx?ItemID=724&CateID=5 in 28 January Thongsing Thammavong was still prime minister and, it is clear, he is the current prime minister of Laos. I will change in this sense the table if I don't receive a replay based on a clear document Bogdan Uleia (talk)
Khalifa Haftar as de facto leader of Eastern Libya's government
[edit]Given the fact that the Tobruk-based House of Representatives Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thani has recently offered his resignation as the leader of the civilian government in the Eastern part of Libya, I believe the correct step for this page is to regard Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar as the de facto leader of that government. It is not a new fact that Haftar has been the de facto leader of the Tobruk side of the Civil War for a long time now, and I thought this resignation could lead to renewed discussions about this question.

Alternate governments?
[edit]Should the governments of the Syrian Salvation Government or the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) be included as alternate governments as they claim to be the legitimate governments of Syria & Afghanistan respectively? Do they have to be recognized by other Un members to be on this list?
